I stopped buying uncirculated sets about 10 years ago because the value did not increase Last year I bought an uncirculated set and am now thinking I need to fill the gaps in my collection to have a complete set I might increase my enrollment because I want the AWQs even though I have them in rolls I can view them in the set - my rolls are sealed Comment from : @sfkimrush

It seems like the Mint is putting those limits out there for psychological reasons Makes buyers think there's a limited mintage, so they better buy up!
