I’ve had chime for a little over a year and I have had ZERO issues I use the customer service chat feature when ever I have a question and I always get through to someone I also use the credit builder card and I have access to my pay and spot me I like it also because you can actually deposit cash into the account A lot of the other banking apps you can’t deposit cash or they charge you I live less than 2 min from a Walgreens and I can deposit cash in 5 min with no long wait like at my last bank I also deposit checks with the mobile deposit and the funds are released right away

Wells Fargo pocketed my auto loan gap insurance check in that gigantic fraud case years ago Left me stranded without money and underwriting screwed up so well that my money is sitting at the state claims office but there’s no accurate documentation for me to claim it They even charged off the account in my name ruining my credit
