Even as a young person I'd rather be punched in the nuts by Mike Tyson than move Principal residence, I bought 1st home in 1974, 2nd home in 1988, and this house in 1997 I still own all 3 properties My 1974 home cost me 64K (including 1308 acres) 1988 home cost me 119K on 155 acre lot 1997 home cost me 197K on 124 acre lot Today they're worth 19 - 21 Million and I've received 480K in rental income above expenses so far Not stellar but not bad

I once indirectly “evicted” a tenant by getting the tenant to agree to move if I pay him a certain amount and refund his deposit, all in writing… Not really an eviction but it worked The same process would have taken me 3 months to get him into court and another 2 weeks order from the court for him to pack out…
