Have been trying to do this and nothing happens I am suppose to sign out prior to it saving the game after rejecting the gift, but it is not allowing me to sign out so it shows up as a gift in my sanctuary and nothing in my vault so I don't know what to do? Pressing down on the D pad will not sign player 2 out, start will not sign player 2 out, and exiting after the save is pointless Help

hey a new way is to own some places do a side quest when you finished it just sit there at the press A to continue screen and after sometime press A you will get all the money you spent waiting

Even if you remove the patches, you can't do this on a save game that has been used after patching If you try to load a save like this after you've removed the patches, it says "Cannot load save file - this save was created on a more up-to-date version of the game" So if you want it to work, you have to play from the very beginning after the patches have been removed :(
