This review is just a borrow, cut and paste job with a script and a computer voice The "reviewer" doesn't know enough about digital pianos because the piano categories are confused, priorities are confused and some details are wrongbrbrThe YDP-165 is not a portable piano and doesn't pretend to be The RD-2000 is a high end stage piano, so it does not have onboard speakers, though this "reviewer" thinks it doesbrbrThere is no perfect solution for anybody Why pretend there could be while saying simultaneously that customers should accept a few drawbacks?brbrWhy pretend that having a headphone socket is a special feature? Actually, most of these models have two headphone sockets, but that is standard on anything costing more than $500

Digitals are no good for pro use Most have loud keys and soft keys (piano patches) and some have a wholebroctive 3 levels softer that the rest of the key bed I've had several under 500000 and most have these issuesbrNord is best for voicing and individual key volumes The others have awful voicing as well, clinkers & clunkersbrI call them Maybe the high end ones are better I haven't tried them Stores in Vegas don't carry them

I just purchased an 88-weighted key AODSK B-83 digital piano with all the bells and whistles of more expensive pianos It has a nice black upright piano looking stand (with designer music shelf) Our recent college graduate likes to sit down and tinkle the keys at our baby grand acoustic piano She has some musical experience We wanted something that looks and sounds great, but not too expensive, in case she loses interest I also bought the matching padded bench and the whole thing looks dynamite! Better than just a keyboard, or keyboard with an 'X' stand Comes with headphones and 128 polyphony! Total cost (2024) $400

I had a Kawai es120 and switched to a Yamaha dgx670b a couple of months ago brbrI switched because the Yamaha dgx670b has many guitar sounds that Kawai es120 doesn't have However, the dgx670b hammer action is not graded (This video info is incorrect)brbrThe Kawai es120 has a much better graded hammer action than anything I have played It's a completely downgrade switched to the dgx670b brbrThe dgx670b does have awesome realistic guitar sound of its price range However, the Kawai es120 has better overall sound quality than the dgx670bbrbrI would encourage people to test drive the instrument side by side to compare them before you spend your hard earn money instead of relying on these YouTube reviews

The Roland RD-2000 is a good choice for a professional stage piano, although the competing models from Yamaha and Nord are also good options that you should try before deciding However, contrary to the narration here, it does not have internal speakers and requires an Amp or headphones to play

RD-2000 is a stage piano with no built-in speakers You could have mentioned FP90x instead of RD-2000, that would be a more appropriate choice in this tier Yamaha DGX670B is much inferior model compared to ES920, FP90x etc You could have mentioned P525 instead which you be a fitting competitor in this range

I have the Yamaha DGX 670, and I agree with this review 100, I very nearly bought a Roland (forget the model) with less than 20 of this instrument’s functionality for only slightly more expensive including the stand and optional 3 pedal attachment, the Yamaha DGX 670 has so many accompaniment backing styles that changes and adds rolling crescendos to suit your playing style it boggles the mind hence it being called an arranger, amongst many other features it also has three level keyboard splits for different instruments, it’s Bluetooth connection adds exceptional value, love my DGX 670 to bits
