I think having George Washington voice an entire states view of the crown My home state at that is awe inspiring Even if it is out of character for the greatest Virginian that ever lived He might not have said it, but you can be damn sure he was thinking it Next to Massachusetts, Virginia was equally tired of the crowns taxes and tariffs If it didn’t spark off in Boston it was going to in Virginia At least that is my belief

This is a very inaccurate portrayal of Washington From what one can read from anyone of that time who met him, he was well mannered, quiet, and well spoken, with respect for everyone around him He would never barge in like that, never sound that aggressive, never interrupt someone speaking, never say an opinion in a conversation he wasn't even part of, never call someone a "cancer", and never say "Virginia stands with Massachusetts" especially since he wasn't even a delegate This is awful

Whoever played George Washington in this series was absolutely perfect for the role His simple, "General Gage is a cancer" had so much authority, it just commanded instantaneous respect
