Card bought for 50¢ or even a dime is listed on eBay at $150, receive an offer for 99¢, counter at $140 and this potentiality is multiplied by hundreds of listings This world is a mystery to me The labor involved! Fascinating I can't conceive of trying to make a living by scanning, listing, selling and shipping thousands of bargain cards individually, but it's fascinating And there are lessons to be learned here for those selling more expensive cards Comment from : @cryptonite8495 |

My dad had collected for 60 years There is over a million cards in his basement on shelves There are 50's 60's, 70's 80's 90's 2000's Mostly baseball, but all sports I have no idea what the collection is worth He has some graded, mostly not There are Micky Mantle, Gehrig, a ton of various rookie cards My dad passed away in Feb 23 I have no idea what to do with them Help Comment from : @macman244 |

The hobby market is over priced n this stops the greater population from considering joining into collecting When I was a kid a young single digit age buying packs at 7 eleven along with pac man or garbage pail kids for 25 cents a pack Today no 9 yr old on average is even considering or able to buy packs when they cost so much PLUS having value in cards is one thing but when u have the publisher inflat values simply by over pricing product When clearly anyone outside looking in sees the problem with that It's greed at the highest level knowing in a few years most of the cards won't have much value pretty much stealing from It's own customers The bigger picture here Is that is clearly shows how much more the people are separated from those that have enough and those that hopefully have enough to survive Even the poor could buy simple cardboard in the 80's What was easy considered when deciding on a pack of cards or maybe candy bar instead During a time when recession was clear and the early 80s were Comment from : @jimengle568 |

Hey bro yea you reading this No hate toward these two on camera Ask your dad how the sport card shop panned out I got lucky because my dad didn't sleeve his 50's 60's cards so i never really played with them, luckily have cards graded high before it was really a thing like psa, beckett was our value mailer with nintendo powe Get into info sec , a trade, and use cards as a supplement Never wear a jersey or depend on a kid that's younger than you to make money Sell high, buy HOF if possible and hobby that's it The wax packs worked our because the graded jordans, bo Jackson, misprints, griffeys are cool to show my son now He doesn't get it 100, but that duplicate card with the 1/25 1/50 is a sucker buy A lot of people know vendors are creating false supplies like errors, but others are hook line and sinker Hope this helped one of you out 3:25 Comment from : @anthonyarmstrong7313 |

I flip cards all over the place online so videos like these are always helpful So thank you I do have a couple questions that I'm sure are common knowledge but ill ask the stupid questions 1st question is shipping labels if you're not using ebay, whatnot, or other apps that just do the shipping label process for you What's a simple and cheap way to pay for and print labels with a cellphone and printer from home? 2nd question is what is the secret to finding lots that you are able to flip for profit? In person and online advice is all welcome 🙏 Comment from : @chuknorr15 |

Great discussion guys Always loving hearing your guys' thought process when it comes to selling cards - especially the lower end cards I don't take too much time trying to look at comps when buying cards, but I do often use my knowledge of sports cards to help give me a general idea if a card may be worth something or not It's all about practice and taking notice of what cards sell so when you source again, you are able to be more efficient when you pick through cards Surprisingly WNBA cards sell pretty well and the only way I was able to find this out was by listing and selling them Once again, thank you for the awesome discussion Love it!
