HOW do I feel!?? Say I’m literally standing on a stage of 1000 people I mean I can’t ask someone for the time or say good morning let alone do a speech But say even when I try to ask someone for the timeand I try to feel the feeling I can’t feel nothing loool?? Like obviously I’m consciously aware there HAS to be something otherwise why would I not be able to speak Why would I fear it? Exactly! But why tf can’t I feel anything in the moment? And does a feeling have to be physical physical? Like a muscle actually twitching or say my fingers on my lap do I feel the clothing material? Very glad you led me to this book It is so full of insights I do think you undervalue the middle section of the book though Maybe because you’ve read so much self help that it seems intuitive to you I’m pretty sure it won’t be as intuitive to everyone Even as someone whose done a lot of self work, I found so much value in the breakdowns of the emotions I wouldn’t have thought of releasing them via their component parts and what those parts are without the middle section Great channel tho Keep up the good work Comment from : @TheQGerard |

Seems like a really good book Something worth considering I would like to add, projection is about seeing things in other, that you are not able or willing to see in yourself So you're actually getting frustrated of yourself in others, if frustrated is the feeling it triggers It could also be love and fascination, or other feelings The work is to take back that projection, and see it in yourselfbrbrAlso, feelings like shame and guilt are not in per see bad, only if they are toxic There is also healthy shame, because shame is really important and good for us It's when we get a shame-based identity, when it gets bad Embracing shame can be the shortest path to love and selfcompassion Comment from : @Thregh |
