So I come from a family with a lot of former/current drug dealers & I’m about to provide an example of how to put this method into action using a product I am familiar with, just tell me if i’m doing this correctly or not lol… So, say I take out a loan, buy a few ounces of Cocaine, flip them, pay back the loan before any interest rates kick in & either pocket the profit or use it to buy another ounce (I’m not a drug dealer & don’t plan to be, but if you trade out “cocaine” for another product that is as valuable, quick & legal to sell, would the example I provided work?)

The problem is that debt has a maturity date and property is not a liquid asset like gold It takes a long time to sell the property If you are unable to pay before the due date, your assets will be confiscated
