One of my best friends works for paypal and deals only with ebay sellers- from what I understand this is a pilot; or beta trial of this new program The paypal debit card and the paypal Mastercard (issued by Synchrony Bank) both offer rewards, points etc for the purchases you were already going to make for your business- win win for everyone!

Hey Casey, how does the PayPal card work? Is it a credit card or debit that uses your PayPal balance? I don't want a credit card, but would love to have a card that uses my balance instead of transferring it to the bank account
