Thanks for the video, im about to do my migration next week, im on ESA with disability premium, would you be able to answer a question? I see the to do list there, would these be there migrating to UC? I though we were just being moved over, why do we have to fill in income and living etc if were being moved over they should have all that info already should they not?

Be careful submitting claim before benefit rent increases transitional protection erodes of deadline is after increase do it after also be careful asking universal credit getting paid direct landlord friend mine requested rent be paid landlord hadn't received it in 2 months designed try put u in a mess get as much advice as can before claim

All this stress, why they have never done this themelves to save people the stress beats me, it shows how awkward they want to make you feel and its 100 the reason why so many are having issues with not getting the right mnies they should be because all this form filling is confusing

UC navigation form filling appears to be like doing some advanced tech exam Never in my life have I seen such complexities and stress in recent years that I will have to do when my migration letter comes as many others who also face the same On top of that, you have to claim council tax support every year online This mental hardship is totally unnecessary for someone my age at 60

I won't be able to do journals as I am registered blind, so what other way will I be able to contact them if needed as I am limited with what I can dobrI don't even bother with emails as don't have the vision to read emails or journals?

We have been on UC since early December, we now have learned we owe Family Tax Credits over £1000I dont understand why they do this, why put people into debt
