The Indian individual had great points but I think that my only criticism of him was during the DEI prompt Although he did seek an explanation of it and wanted to be educated on it, I feel like as a migrant and knowing how far in education he has gotten, it wouldn’t make sense for him to not understand the history of the country he chose to live in I don’t say it as a way of trumping people who think that every migrant should aspire to assimilate into American society because tbh, that within itself is toxic BUT if you’re initially impacted by programs such as DEI, you should be able to do your own research and educate yourself regarding why such a program was put into action in the first place Him as a migrant saying that he didn’t care of DEI being taken away is such a slap in the face to those communities, such as the African American community, who are naturally born Americans and have been living here for centuries with limited resources and a system that goes against their own success

Ishan's point of correlation vs causation is absolutely truebrIn my country, students are placed into school after 6th grade based off of National Placement exams The highest ranking students are placed into National Schools, which are considered the 'best of the best' These schools don't necessarily have the best teachers, as teachers are assigned based on availability and not ranking The schools perform well consistently because they have students who are high performing joining them, not necessarily because of what's taughtbrbrThese students are able to maintain their performance because they also are well-funded and have access to many resources that 'lower schools do not

The Indian kid is the best one for sure, 50 of All college graduates after adecade in the work force after college are working in job that you get with a high school diploma I know plummers, carpenters making 80k ormore annually with no college, and professors and teachers like me making 35k at a CC, or 50-60k at state universities with a PhD Its not for everyone, yet if a kid ask their parent if they should go to college or be a Plummer they always say college just to say it and tech skills take a back seat which is crazy talk Its not for everyone
