your dads so incredibly sstrong tis was a year ago but my dad recently became disabled and was told by the doctors hed be paralyzed the rest of his life- he's now able to walk without a cane!

I wholeheartedly encourage you to do so I kept my my mother home with me for all 18 years of her Alzheimer battle I lifted her just like in the video for 2 and a half years every day I have no regrets at all
