Something i like to do is looking at my notes, reading them aloud, writing it down, deciphering/dumbifying them with stupid nonsensical analogies that only i ujderdtand to remember them, read them again until i feel like a grasp it, leave it alone for 15 minutes, come back and say and write what i can remember and repeat until i get everything down 🤗

Don't underestimate the effectiveness of teaching someone or just explaining alone in your room; this is one of the methods of active recall When you try to explain what you just read, you're pulling out the information from your memory This is taxing work, but it helps you identify which part of the topic that you don't understand I haven't mastered this technique yet, but I'm already seeing results from my grades We're not dumb; we are just not being taught how to learn properly

What works for me most of times is creating a blooket for vocabulary words I did this all throughout my health class didnt even get a single answer wrong I think i just learn more when it doesnt feel like im learning and more like a game

Haven't tried Blurting yet but quizing myself and doing recitations in class helped me recall the lessons that were taught and participating in class actually made it fun for me so it stimulated my brain
