It says quarter Pahlavi on the reverse on the obverse on top of the bust is written “Mohammad Reza Pahlvai King of Iran”

That could be the Shaw (Mohammad Reza Pahlavi) on the obverse as he wasn't deposed until 1979 Sweet pickup! Stack on in 2016
