I have a funny story for you so a customer of mine has been with amex a long time they had been trying to get him to get a black card for a while he said no I don’t need unlimited amount of credit when I need it so they finally told him his first purchase on the black card would be zero interest so he got the card a purchased a home on it and had zero Apr for the term needless to say they were upset but what could they do

I had the sapphire for a while They closed my account because i accidentally made a payment from the wrong account so it bounced Fixed it within a few days as soon as i noticed the error and they still closed the account 🙃
