Hey I started playing this game 2 hours ago, and I went bankrupt several times and had to start a new game Idk why but when I play this game, the deals that I make don't give me any profit and the game adds too many expenses on it's own, or gives me a baby (600$) or something similar that makes my cashflow negative Can you please explain how I can get out of the rat race? (I've tried everything : from playing safe to buying huge deals, nothing works for me)

In Your book, Rich Dad Poor Dad, you say things about 'assets and liabilities' In my point of view, that book of yours and this game are one of your assets, as after you make them, and once they are in the market, you don't need to work on them anymore, and these 'assets' make money for you
