You were so honest I stayed at a B&B in my country and I stayed there because it was convenient for my friends to pick me up Beautiful house but badly run I was able to see a lot of what you spoke about She was using a system of the 60s No website, just a listing in somebody's listing website She could not recommend a taxi service, a tour guide, a hairdresser, etc Nothing that was valuable to me No brochures or information In other words, she could not fill some of my needs I also agree with everything you have said You have to tune into your guests and keep the relationship going and market your business properly
