This video was interesting and informative Mathematics is a tool that touches all aspects of life Application and calculations is present in the workforce Math teachers should challenge students critical thinking skills and not short cuts This why students struggle with Algebra They have difficulty manipulating equations

@Thothchild
In ancient times, numerical representations were different: the number 2 was understood as 3, 3 was seen as 5, 6 was represented by 8, 7 was regarded as 13, 8 as 21, and 9 as 34 Among these, the most powerful numbers are 8 and 37

I was in middle school when alegrebra was brought in, and I struggled and still do I failed the MCAS math portion missing it the first time by 12 pts, the 2nd time 2 points from the 240 I needed In English, I scored excellence Way above average br Geometry, I understood I'll never understand alegrebra br I have a teen now and in 2014 he had addition and subtraction We do the 4 plus 4 equals 8 Now they do this weird breakdown and all this extra work I don't get that This makes sense

There are other series of numbers related to the Fibonacci series of numbers brA mathematician from the city of Pelotas described another seriesbrBy multiplying the 2nd number by 3 and adding the 1st number we get the series br1 3 10 33 109 360 1189 and so onbrHe called this series the Hepsukuipi series of numbers brbrWhile the Fibonacci series relates to the square root of 5br, the Hepsukuipi series of numbers relates to the square root of 13 brbrSimilar series of numbers can be made for the square roots of 29 and 53brbrThey arebr1 5 26 135 701 3640 etcbr1 7 50 357 etc

@Abdu-ll1re
Do you want the truth and are you ready to accept it? I will talk to you about a living miracle in your time so that you will have no excuse Do you want to learn the correct religion or do you want to worship what your fathers worshiped? The miracle that you will be certain of now is in the correct and true religion The golden ratio Learn What I am talking about and what is the golden ratio? Search for the golden ratio in everything God created and you will see the golden ratio of 1618 in God’s creatures and here is the miracle Search for the golden ratio on the globe and it will determine for you the place of the correct religion When you are certain of it, do not hesitate to accept the truth The most powerful miracle is the book, the Qur’an It will answer your question What is going on in your soul and you will see the truththanks

@prajna7680
The Fibonacci numbers were first described in bIndian mathematics/b as early as 200 BC in work by Pingala on enumerating possible patterns of Sanskrit poetry formed from syllables of two lengthsThey are named after the Italian mathematician Leonardo of Pisa, also known as Fibonacci, who introduced the sequence to Western European mathematics in his 1202 book Liber Abaci

I appreciate the comment about application when in high school I learned to use complex numbers without know if I would ever us them , I just thought it was cute that there were numbers that could be used to answer problems I thought had no answer, I ended up in electronice and they are not only useful but required to understand sulutions of many electronic problems using capacitors and inductore Parabalas for understanding antenna's ets
