There is something wrong going on with WISE br16 days ago now on December 23rd, 2024 I made 2 transfers and hasn't been processed yet as per today Jan 9th , 2025 br brBy reading comments of other WISE current and former users in social media it seems like for the last few months WISE is undergoing through some kind of transition or pressure which is causing a trend of delays and discomfort to many of its users now including me

I have been thinking about using wise for a while now but they just don't have any cards available in the us, so I cannot use it until they open and allow me to get a card, I seem remitly as a alternative and thought, maybe i'll try them instead

Danger Do not use Re,mitly Their custumer service is no help at all I was login in and I entered the wrong Log in name and password I entered my correct log in name and password and I got an account suspended I called their custumer service many times and they told me that my account is suspended forever without explanation

I strongly advise against using Remitly I’ve had a terrible experience with them They took my money but never delivered it to the recipient When I reached out to their support team, they didn’t bother to investigate or provide a refund I even posted a review about this on their Google Play app page, and instead of addressing the issue, they blocked my account for exposing their poor service If you value the safety of your money, I recommend avoiding Remitly

Remitly has poor customer service They failed to send money to the correct bank account and have not resolved the issue even after 3 months and multiple calls So think twice
