But a follow up question what is the best approach to keep the emergency fund having emergency fund in Liquid funds is a good option but there is taxation as per the tax slabs that will be attracted on the profits But if we invest in arbitrage funds there comes volatility What is the best approach in making sure the emergency fund is safe and gives basic returns of about 5 to 6 without lot of taxation invloved?
