Good balance and just the right amount of crunch if you use a raw sugar and go a bit heavy on the cranberry juice A nice replacement for adding simple syrup while not bastardizing the balance too much Thoughts??? I learned both the recipe I use and the story behind it from Mr Dale DeGroff circa 2013, so I'm bias Also, I think the double straining gets used way too much on way too many drinks Besides, if there's no chunks of fruit or bits of herbs to sift or froth, why bother?
