I know this is old but had some questions Im a mom of twin toddlers who are autistic (plus a w mo old) and plan on turning a space in the basement into a small class/play room I am wondering, do you have a time schedule type situation or let the kids pick what activities to do next I want to schedule it (we have a clock that each hour is a different color for time blocking) So i guess im just wondering what type of schedulw works best Also, how do you determine hoq many blocks or building materials?

I hope someone sees this and can answer I am new to teaching preschool, and I’m not classically trained Just really good with kids Why are centers beneficial? Everyone is doing them so I am assuming they have a successful outcome I’m just not seeing it Also my class is only 3 hours, 2 times a week, and I also have a younger class 3 hours, 1 day a week I want to learn through play, I just feel that time could be spent doing the activity

Thank you I stumbled across your video and I just took over a preschool classroom I’m gonna pass this along to my boss and see what she thinks the only challenge I have is that I work with preschoolers in a childcare center but I am trying to make it to school like as possible

Hey I'm from the Caribbean I long for the classroom size and resources available in the USA It's so had in my school to do all those fun things without available resources Any ideas of how I can have centres in tiny classrooms with 22 students and 1 teacher That's a normal class size in my country (St Vincent and the Grenadines)
