Don’t use E*Trade They mishandle funds and will prevent access for any reason per user agreement I’ve been shut out and they won’t respond to any inquiry by phone or email brThey are fraudulent and that explains why they got bought They are tanking and stealing from customers I have proof Currently in pursuit of legal action brOh, and they violate constitutional law saying their terms and conditions overrule the constitution

Why do I keep getting dropped after waiting for 30 minutes for customer service? Why after immediately taking my money in a simple transfer from a savings account can I not access or move my money? Why am I being told I have to upload a multitude of private documents to utilize money that you accepted? Your customer service process and utilization is worse than calling a Walmart! I own stock with E Trade but my screen looks nothing like yours The stock was purchased thru my past employer so I have never spoken to E Trade and really don't know what do to I do get a quarterly statement from them and that's all They never ask me if I would like to buy more or do i want to sell The stock was purchased at $18/share and is now valued at $164/share Are there brokers who communicate with stock holders besides a quarterly statement email?
