Man that's a lot! , I've been using the omni tree on sims 3, I can get about 15 plants active at a time and feed them the vampire fishing books brEach plant returns about 2 books so that's like 30 each day X $2800 So it makes a lot aswell but no where near as easy as this

I dont use cheats and my house value is 98k and I have 82k for buying stuff, just put 960 days and go to musician once you are rockstar learn to paint and get it on lvl 10 Do some paints and sell your paints each day, buy the hospital/football stadium and criminal house and thats all, but always do some paints and sell it right after, every monday go get the money from the hospital etc and you will see that you can be rich
