Tested February 14 2025 on Xbox Series S, can confirm this method absolutely works Using a Khajit on novice difficulty since you don't need a weapon, time from start of game to lvl 100 smithing was 49 minutes 56 seconds Time can easily be much faster if you ignore killing any enemies at the start and don't bother selling stuff since you only need 20 gold using this method Comment from : @pokemonrocks08

This is great for just starting But once you start using enchanting and alchemy glitch to enchant items with ridiculous damage and enchantments You can make smithing gear and within 2-3 armor refinings it takes you all the way up to level 100 I did that and kept resetting smithing allowing me to have as many perks as I wanted for each skill Comment from : @timmaltby7798

I'm a year late to seeing this, but if there are any newcomers to the world of Skyrim duping, this is almost exactly the method I use However, I find it faster to only take batches of 5 from the follower when dropping new ones brAlso, when you want to add to the batch, just leave the old ones on the ground and take the new ones from the inventorybrHope this helps someone 🫡 Comment from : @MoosterMeisen
