Instead of dragging the slider back to 1 for dropping items you can press the Home key on the keyboard as a shortcut, assuming your board has one and you’re not using a smaller frame

Tested February 14 2025 on Xbox Series S, can confirm this method absolutely works Using a Khajit on novice difficulty since you don't need a weapon, time from start of game to lvl 100 smithing was 49 minutes 56 seconds Time can easily be much faster if you ignore killing any enemies at the start and don't bother selling stuff since you only need 20 gold using this method

This is great for just starting But once you start using enchanting and alchemy glitch to enchant items with ridiculous damage and enchantments You can make smithing gear and within 2-3 armor refinings it takes you all the way up to level 100 I did that and kept resetting smithing allowing me to have as many perks as I wanted for each skill

There's a gold mine just outside Markath, just another option to get gold ingot, probs a little faster than getting transmute, but it's well worth getting transmute regardless

I know I'm a year late to this but ave you tried useing Kolskeggr Mine? It's just up the road from the boat and is a gold mine with 3 foresworn outside and I think enough gold ore near the smelter to make an ingot It may save you some time to try it Regardless if you do or not best of luck with your channel

I'm a year late to seeing this, but if there are any newcomers to the world of Skyrim duping, this is almost exactly the method I use However, I find it faster to only take batches of 5 from the follower when dropping new ones brAlso, when you want to add to the batch, just leave the old ones on the ground and take the new ones from the inventorybrHope this helps someone 🫡

little tid-bit to save yall some time in loading screens you don’t actually have to just immediately fast travel after your follower picks it up, you can just take it from them, drop it again, and have them pick it back up i don’t know if it’s fast or not, but it cuts down on some of the monotony for me

Great video Worked, albeit a bit slower, on PS5 I already had my skill to 30 ish when I did this so that balanced out the time brAdditionally I want to point out that it may be useful to walk the extra couple minutes to the Lover Stone that is quite close to the boat with the diamond Although I don’t know the exact increase for skills, I assume it has to help somewhat brThanks!
