Hi, I am an NRI from Germany I have question regarding paying tax on indian investment in Germany stocks capital gain tax in germany is 25 so under DTAA after paying STCG/LTCG 10/15 in India rest 15/10 respectively I need to pay here in Germany So I am looking for an option to do Indian investment under some other entity like HUF/ company, so I don’t need to declare this entity here in Germany and no need to pay extra 15/10 tax in Germany Can you please provide more Information on that ?
