@nimblehuman
I have a copy of one of these seals in brass, on my desk, had it since 1982 Hoping one day before I leave this lifetime that this writing will be readable Great video, Cy!

@ThomiX00
At the Harappa site, while excavating, didn't they found human remains??brAnd how are they found, position and place?brThere is no use of telling a story, without the real findings, and that is not just a pot or toybrThe story is still, they had left the place, because the stream did change its routebrNobody knows whybrYes, earthquakes, but why so strong and sudden did this all happen, complete with a climate change

A lot of people don't know this but it was The White European Race who created the Indus Valley Civilization, not Brown Indian people

@whitewhirlwind7
Tamils are the original inhabitants of India India is land of the Tamils ! And over time with conquest and game of thrones aryans, invaded India and pushed Tamils down south
Comment from : @whitewhirlwind7

@innerworld3551
The Indus Valley Civilization was primarily centered around the Indus River, and there is no evidence of the Saraswati River being part of it The Saraswati River is mentioned in Hindu texts and is considered a mythical river, often cited by some to associate the Indus Valley Civilization with Hinduism However, the people of the Indus Valley were not Hindus, and no idols related to Hindu deities have been discovered at archaeological sites The civilization's settlements were predominantly located along the Indus River, which flows entirely through present-day Pakistanbrbeside these people have toilets hence proven they were not indians

@Peak_Stone
There was a PS1 game called Parappa tha Rapper So i think we can make a pun or joke using the words Harappa, Parappa, and Rapper brbrYou can also use familiar words like Paratha, and maybe Maratha (It sounds like a town in indian subcontinent)brbrbrAlso Katha, as in to eat brbrSo, i have done most of the foundational work on the joke/Pun/limerick/song, and I expect 25 of the profit from it You can argue about it, but its still cheaper than Uber/Apple/Google/Steam/PSN etcbrbrAlthough not as cheap as Unreal engine brbrOk I will take 5 after the first million brbrDone deal Sign here

@unifiedvision999
I wonder if the displaced Harrapans aren't the real Aryans of Hindu legend, bringing their civilized, "noble" ways with them
Comment from : @unifiedvision999

@sunny-sq6ci
i think what many overlook, not by ignorance, but rather a near total lack of context, that more civilizations that never figured out physically recording their 'histories' anything beyond 8-10,000yrs, and we're in the realm of educated guesses, unanswerable theories, conspiracy theories of varying degrees of illogic, and straight up bs'ing
Comment from : @sunny-sq6ci

@RM-yf2lu

@ashokathegreat4534
There goes the western claim that Romans invented town planning/ infrastructure/ sanitary/ sewage etc Indians/Pakistanis had it, at least 3500 years before the Romans and Greeks Goodbye everyone 👋🏽
Comment from : @ashokathegreat4534

@ashokathegreat4534
Town planning, multi layered houses, sanitary and sewage systems Invented by these people 🇮🇳🇵🇰 more than 3500 years before the Romans and Greeks For sure the westerners has to make it unknown simply by not adding it to their school material Of course it would hurt the western ego

Comment from : @svennielsen633

@rNeyshabur
The pashupati seal is of a woman (evidenced by the many bangles lining her arms) And there’s reason to believe the Harrapan society was matriarchal due to the the burial sites Women were buried with more ornaments than the men and positioned much more central
Comment from : @rNeyshabur

@bossbass4683

@gazamidori2866
I've always wondered how large an effect the collapse of the indus river valley civilization and the lose of trade between Mesopotamia and this region effected the more infamous Mediterranean bronze age collapse Certainly it declined before the events unfolded but was this another piece of the systems collapse puzzle Perhaps showing the build up to the environment that was confusing for the collapse began occuring centuries earlier

@dummyaccountk
35:30 if you look at nomadic and hunter gatherer peoples you realize that perhaps streets and burnt clay bricks arent long term sustainable city layouts and if you look at south american native food forests you see that monoculture is not as nice to the soil as other agriculture styles
Comment from : @dummyaccountk

@Frank-fh2qn

@wendythepseudokrican
Why are they so obsessed about religion in ancient civilizations It's like they can't think of them being so civilized without them worshipping a diety or deities It's ridiculous
Comment from : @wendythepseudokrican

@Bhag810
“Pashupatinath is an avatar of Shiva, one of the Hindu Trinity He is the male counterpart of Shakti Pashupati (Sanskrit: पशुपति, IAST: Paśupati) is a Hindu deity and an incarnation of Shiva as the "Lord of the animals" Pashupati is mainly worshipped in Nepal and India“ Western propaganda is shining through this video How conveniently you even skipped to associate the civilisation with Hinduism or India is not shocking to me The origins of Hinduism have been traced to the “Indus” River Valley in the Indian sub-continent and the peoples who lived there You definitely tried your best to not make it about people of India or Bharat Pushing your agenda won’t change facts You are doing a huge disservice to people who believe that this video is showing them “history” Keep meddling your propaganda against us and it won’t change anything
Comment from : @Bhag810
