I’ve been getting into these Mexican silver coins lately but more out of numismatic value as opposed to stacking - a bit pricey to be stacked but they are super nice coins Thanks for posting, very informative summary Comment from : @pierredubord |

I've always heard that even the Libertads that have no denomination are a coin, so I'd imagine that would be the same case as the onzabrBy the way, that's a coin press 😱 Comment from : @bullionaddict9164 |
I have a 1993 2 oz Mexican Culture Series Piedra de los soles coin, anybody know how much they are going for? I also have the same coin from the video from 1980 :D Comment from : @blueocean7761 |

It is not what ppl think it is actually a coin or at least it was Those ones you are showing are now demonetized by bank of MexicobrIf you guys are able to get them, yes they are worth to be stacked I would get them before some other rounds minted by private mints Mexican Onza Troy was coined by the Mexican Mint, the oldest in the western hemisphere Comment from : @armanduval83 |
Just for stuff and giggles whats the price per? Comment from : @RedneckCoinz |
These are very rarely seen in Australia "if ever" but i saw a 1949 and a 1979 on e-bay from the same seller so i bought them both just out of curiosity , and today after seeing your video ( i learnt everything i know about Libertads from your channel , well almost everything ) i did a bit of searching and the 1949 seems to be very expensive Are they rare ? Thanks T Comment from : @monotremata9892 |

I’m willing to bid… I mean bet that we might see one of those in the auction brI think it’s a round, as for stacking , I wouldn’t do more than three or five Because I love even numbers🤣👍 Comment from : @noicue8078 |

I love the Onzas Beautiful simple design and I love the denticle design on those and the old school libertads Si! Worth stacking I call it a round Comment from : @SalivateMetal |
Absolutely love the Mexican Onza I changed my mind Now that I have looked again and seen the word PESO on the reverse, I think it's a COIN Last year I called my LCS and he told me that he had some Onza's in stock I rushed over to get them and found out that they were 1984 Libertads instead I was a little disappointed because I really wanted some Onza's but picked up a few tubes of the Libertads anyway Comment from : @bitwavedave8686 |
Mexican TaTas Comment from : @JimmyLicari |
I have some of these from 1980 also I like them too Comment from : @richardlovett4958 |

According to Wikipedia: "The Libertad coins are silver and gold bullion coins originating from Mexico and minted by the La Casa de Moneda de México (Mexican Mint)" Comment from : @meteoman7958 |
Is there a resource to learn about all the silver Mexican coins/rounds either on a website or youtube? Thanks everyone Comment from : @silverfoxfinance |
StackWhatYouLike T I would definitely stack them👊👍 Comment from : @Quahogstacker |
i thought the Libertads were already huge but those are bigger wow!, i need to get some of those, i didn't know but there's also a version of a V mexican nickel from the 1800's, they really have some cool designs Comment from : @silverstuff5976 |
I have a couple of these but I forget what date Still not sure if they are coin or not If they are backed by the Mexican government, I wold say coin Awesome video, I love learning more about silver coins! Comment from : @SilverStruck |
Definitely worth stacking! Call it roundcoinJUST STACK IT!!! Comment from : @kscoins4787 |
It needs to have a denomination on it to be labeled a coin A government cant back something they can’t put a price on Silver price is too volatile for them to back bullion But We The People will back it! 😂 Comment from : @CapitalCurrency |
It's a coin 👍 Comment from : @azwelke2638 |
Mexico understood the value of silver and knew if they put a monetized denomination on it it would end up devaluing the coin so the put one oz pure silver on it so we can always get what it is worth Comment from : @TheSilverSphincter69 |
Premiums going up on these nowThanks again brBee 🐝 well all Comment from : @welchkoservices4200 |
Congratulations on picking up those onzas! They're in great condition I've begun stacking libertads and will have to start looking for onzas as well I can't seem to find the right size tube for the older libertads from the 1980s, which are 36mm Is there one you recommend? Comment from : @jackmorton8776 |
Hello! you need to get into the pre-Columbian collection, they're really nice and rare Saludos! Comment from : @pesounboxer1507 |
I would call it a cool piece of history and it doesn't matter to me but it's a bit of both coin and round br Great info Thanks T Comment from : @martinharris7197 |
I think its the same idea as the ASE Bullion with a date So its a little bit of both, intended to be collectable bullion but also with a date and some numismatic valuebrbrIm not personally familiar with the mintages, but i would assume there are a few low mintage dates that would price comparable to 95 or 96 ASE, while others would pull a lighter tag Comment from : @LeeCoins |
I have a few of those they are pretty cool 👊👍 Comment from : @stackattackerwager2541 |
great video T!! Coin and Si lol Comment from : @BC3607 |
No denomination equals a round Comment from : @markgotschall2914 |
So, they say Peso right on them I say they are coins I picked up two of the 1949 dated ones at a recent coin show I’ll always snap these up when I see them They are often overlooked but not by me Comment from : @saltwatersaddletramp7229 |
its easy its silver if you are true stacker it should not matter Comment from : @rickyshouseofcrap8600 |
Wow no idea if it's a coin or round but it's super cool and has a crazy cart wheel Good vid mate Comment from : @yakfish36 |
I call it a medal I stacked these in 2018 when they were not popular for 1500 per coin😊 Comment from : @fostersylvere2132 |
Nice condition! I believe they aren't considered to be coins or medals, since they were struck specifically intended to be silver bullion that the general public could invest in Comment from : @TheCoinBoxChannel |
I do have a 49not sure when its struck thanks T Comment from : @silverstethoscope65 |
I have several onzas Comment from : @silverstethoscope65 |
