I have a learning disability and i have dealt with abuse myself but thanks to my mum they got the sack and no longer are allowed to work for people with learning disability i live on my own today from wales UK

hi have a learning disability my self and I live in supported living in Kings Lynn Norfolk now there trying to stop my support that I need to live my live brits not like I asked to have my hydrocephalus & deafness in both of my Hears but I have both of them and need the support live my live the way I want to but with my support being stopped because of them two I'm not getting that much needed support that I need in my live :(

government promises mean nothing, particularly Tory government promises, and particularly promises to do the right thing for people with disabilities like myself, born with spina bifida, so i think i know what im talking aboutbrbrThey just dont give a crap several genuinely disabled people have died as a direct result of welfare reform, throughout the last 3 governments since the reforms started Their attitude, particularly that of Ian Duncan Smith, is "so what, theyre only cripples"brbrAnd i really have to question why a lot of these people are in these institutions, my neighbour, who sadly just died a couple of days ago, has a brother in his 50's but who has the mentality of a 5 year old, but is out here, being looked after by family and others, having said that i know not everyone is lucky to have that support
