I learned in the video about Cognitivism is a learning theory that focusses on how information is received, organized, stored and retrieved by the mind And it uses the mind as an information processer, like a computerI learned that cognitive learning theory merges cognition and learning to explain the different processes involved in learning effectively

I learned in the video about behaviorism is a school of thought that believes humans learn through their experiences by associating a stimulus with either a reward or a punishment This learning theory is instrumental in understanding how to motivate humans—your employees to learn and i learned that Behaviorists assert that the only behaviors worthy of study are those that can be directly observed; thus, it is actions, rather than thoughts or emotions, which are the legitimate object of study
