Thanks for the honest facts of your pre-tax income for each of the four years I was elated and thanked God for getting you rolling from year two I think a good way to start is as a side gigjust so you have a full-time income to cushion and encourage the RE pursuit Appreciate you doing an excellent job helping others who are contemplating getting into the profession

I’ve been a carpenter since I was 18 years old, fast forward 20 years and I’m pretty well over it I’m getting my real estate license this year, although I will continue to take side jobs for the next couple of years as time allows You’ve inspired me to make a move towards my future Thanks Tyler I really can’t even tell you how much this video and the others in this thread have inspired me to change directions
