simple answer: you are looking for short term capital gainsbuy ugly houses, put some lipstick on them, and sell for a 5k profitthis can be easily done once every 3 months to start and 5-10 yrs down the road that loss should be all used up with the upside of a pretty good side hustle to continue forward

Yes, statistically most daytraders will lose money But there are people - including me - who are profitable daytraders - and I am currently making around 50 of my annual salary in my day job by daytrading, and I havent had a losing day since early november So if you do it right - daytrading can be a great way to make an extra income

I lost close to $1,200 doing a short sells on stocks this year I could not imagine losing 250 times that amount in trading Our treasury bill fund and a few other stock trades made up for the losses thankfully If you are doing high risk trades it is wise to not risk more than 3 of your savings
