Living my dream I bought a house with two kitchens 3 years ago planning to do this My city doesn't allow home bakeries I have to rent a commercial kitchen and apply for a legit restaurant permit with my city even though my state (MA) is super friendly to cottage food makers Any other town would have been perfect now I have this second kitchen that I can at least test bake in but annoying Going to be a longer road for me Comment from : @cursin9206 |

New Mexico is like Oklahoma, very simple laws it's almost criminal that more people aren't doing this! Considering how healthy it is to bake for themselves vs store bought I can't because I don't have running water or electricity but if I did, I'd be doing the Micro bakery! How many of your new neighbors became a regular customer? I’m thinking of making mini loaves (half size) for my neighbors but am kinda nervous none will become a regular I do live in a large neighborhood so I would just start with my street and work my way outwards if it brings more customers until I hit my baking capacity Comment from : @karabrown5077 |
