Im a backend developer Ive been saying for years that the flow of authority in webbdesign (generally) should be visionary/idea person->designer->frontend developer->backend developer Its VERY rare that it is worth it to it differently

This is actually some solid advice, i thought figma was some cheap cheat to not have to write code but its actually a fast way to get a design and not have to re-code everything 4-5 times to get something you like & it’s way faster for web than photoshop
