I walk daily 7000 steps I used to do 10000 steps a day but nowadays my hands became full so the ideal and convenient way to achieve my daily goals, 7000 steps does a great job 😊

I don't have long walks every day, but at times I do, but in the city, not sure if this counts I'm a positive person and hopefully won't suffer from depression in the near future What I walk away from now, is from the big crowds in my city! I walked 30 km; it was about 26,000 steps, but instead of being in a good state, I was so depressed because along the way I stayed with my mind and judged myself, made a question, and appeared a new idea, and, solutions doing this, I changed my life
