For me, step one is getting a bigger desk 😂 I can only just barely fit my workplace monitor and workplace laptop on it I want to be able to share that space with my personal laptop as well and hold my growing stationary supplies I want a standing desk, but I don't really need onenever have I been sitting down and thought, "I want to do this work, but while STANDING!" 😂 But they seem so cool and a nice way to get double the adjustment (along with a chair with good adjustments)

fact: kokuyo is called by this name around the world but in india we get the brands name as camlin or camel which is kokuyo,you might be suprised that 'why is that so?' its because countries around the world did not like the name camlin or camel so they call it kokuyo

Another tip: brbrKeep wires (headphones, mobile chargers, laptop chargers, computer cables) as much away as you can, those things are the worst distraction you will ever have in life

I keep most of things (sticky notes, stickers, erasers, sharpeners etc) In boxes and label thembrI also have 4 desk organizers, I use 1 for pens, 1 for colored pencils and drawing pencils, 1 for highlighters, dry erase markers, and one for brush pens and markersbrI keep all my books in drawers, as well as my other stationerybrAnd I just add a tad bit of decor, and that's it

And here it's me whose parents scold when I do this they say that if a kid wants to study they can study without doing these things After that they say in our period we had only a lamp of fire with no fan or desk and all Me and my struggles 😩😖

also, maybe try to get only things that really spark joy to you Avoid the extreme consumerism that characterizes the studytok and studygram community, that hides under the impression of making your work or study more efficient only by having more objects Not because it's "aesthetic" it means it's functional or good for everyone's life Of course it be perfect for some people, but it might not be a "one size fits all" solution I advise reevaluating those life choices in order to find the way that works best for you, be realistic and true to yourself, and avoid fantasizing of everything being absolutely aesthetic and perfect That's being shallow
