Before the iPhone 6, I’ve always used an otterbox defender Basically, since my first iPhone, being the 3GS In 2014, when the 6 dropped, I bought that super thick case, to switch things up In 2020 I upgraded to an iPhone 12 The case has been beaten up, scratched, it took a lot of abuse in those 7 years But the iPhone itself, was literally in mint condition If you work in construction like me, or just want something super tough, I recommend this case You could always get an otterbox, but this case is way cheaper, and better IMO
