All good except bad advice to not get a thermal printer The savings on ink alone is more than pay for the printer within 3 months plus the amount of of time, tape, and paper saved is unbelievable Thermal printer by $1k sales a month is a must as there only $80-$100 usd nowadays

I dont agree with the not getting a label printer part That was the most helpful thing when I finally cracked and bought one I went from having to use tape and spend extra time and money on that, ink, and paper (even if it wasnt much it adds up) to spending $40 on a printer and 999 on a a 500 count roll of labels It cut my cost to near 0 and my time in half or more

Ive been selling only 15yrs and maybe have 100-ish items I was using the promo ADs however, never really saw big jumps in sales and always questioned, how do I know it was actually sold because of an AD or if someone just searched for a specific item I seek unique/vintage/ antiques so not a million competitors lastly, Please someone explain to me how EBay gets away with charging their comm on EVER dollor Shiiping costs? Taxes? an AD fees off the very top paid even thought I am nopt getting all that money?

You don't need an expensive Dymo printer BUT you can definitely benefit from a $60 chinese thermal label printer It is money well spent No more cutting paper and all that tape and you don't have to buy anymore ink

You missed one, measurements are extremely important Or you can just wait for the buyer to message you asking for them providing measurements (especially clothing) is as important as those other 3 you mentioned
