There's a secret exit and 5-A it's at the end the two blocks right before the flag hit the closest one to the flag make sure you have the spring to get it and back up to the Beanstalk and use the spring to jump up to it

To get to that one go to 5-A and ethier bring the Spring or a Super Leaf to the FlagPole, there's 2 blocks there hit the one nearest to the FlagPole and a vine pops out It's the secret exit and that's how you get the 1-UP house Hope this helped :)

You get it from the secret in the airship world Right before the flagpole there's 2 blocks you can stand on Go under them and hit one of them and you'll have a beanstalk that will lead you to the secret place Thumbs up my comment so everyone can see

There's a secret exit in 5-A, if you hit the last block in the level right before the flagpole, (You need the trampoline-thing) a vine comes out which leads to the exit! :)
