Also, you can’t buy real estate in one day because no matter how you buy real estate; a title company/attorney will need to be involved in the transaction and there will need to be a closing process Between putting the deed in your name, figuring out who gets what at closing and arranging the closing; this will be REALLY DIFFICULT to do in a day Hence the reason why it would most definitely be virtually impossible to buy real estate in 24 hours or less
