My memory could be wrong like children are a lot of the time I was like 7 but I remember riding a jet ski or boat way out into the ocean and I found a secret base but died as soon as I got onto it because there were guards all over the place it could have even been a different game but i swear I remember it being San Andreas bc I was tryna go as far into the ocean as possible and me having no WiFi and no mods accessible
