About the diet, how much fat am I allowed to consume and during what time span ? In my local donation center, they say the diet is 24 hours before the donation, on some medical web pages it is just 14 hours, other say "the day of donation" without any more specification

You don't get paid to donate blood or plasma in my country, I wish I got paid though lol I donate blood as often as I'm allowed (which is every three months), and I'm signed up to be a stem cell donor if someone should ever need it, but unfortunately I'm too small to donate plasma apparently? I just went for the first time on Saturday brbrI'd always wanted to donate plasma, but never felt that I really had the time for it Donating blood was never a problem, because it didn't really take very long I remember seeing people on the plasma machines while giving blood and wondering about it brbrI was actually very surprised when I discovered that you could actually be paid for your time when you donated plasma It was actually that which gave me the push to actually do it I do need the extra money because my house is in danger of having a lien placed on it if I don't pay 550 some dollars by the end of the month I could pay for it with the money that I'm earning in my day job, but it would make me have to pinch a penny's really bad in order to do that and pay all the rest of my bills brbrLuckily for me, It has been nearly two decades since I last freaked out over needles, so that itself is no problem The nurse who put the needle in my arm was very concerned about the possibility of me freaking out, LOL She kept on trying to reassure me It was very sweet of her
