One of my favourite exercises for fluency is 'a rubber duck technique' This is actually a problem-solving technique, created by one of the IT guys One of them needed to solve a problem and he couldn't, so he took a rubber duck and started talking to it out loud Guess what happened? He found the solution brThe same here, you may take any toy you have, be it a rubber duck or a plushie, and tell about your day, about the movie you’ve seen, about your problem or a happy moment brbrI hope this helps anyone who needs it!😇

I do talk to myself in English too, and at times I "shout" at my TV if I don't agree with what I'm seeing I agree with those tips, but at times it's difficult to know how to express certain feelings or thoughts But I basically stay in contact with the English language through your videos and other things I watch on TV or at the cinema when the film is in English Many thanks for your tips in this good lesson

So, well, uhm, ern, erm, let me guess, let me remember, actually I do not remember how this is called, and so it is basically so hard to actually remember "brBut you, Sian and Beth, are so idiomatic and contextual !
