Why a ROE at 198 FY2018 and ROC at 3455 FY 2018 That as pretty impressiv earning power given the low dept to equity that makes it hard to prop up earnings ratios In adition the FCF yield for 2018 is at 9, which i am sure Joel Greenblatt would have loved :P The payback of taxes rewarded for the periode of 2007-2011, do you think that money will go to shareholders or retained in the company? With a Retains earnings a 15B i would belive it were to be paid out, included in the dividend, therby reducing the chance of a dividend cut brbrOver to some valuationsbrbrBased on Owerns Earnings analysis for 2018, and given a average CapEx of 130M a year, Nokian made a cashflow to Owers of 395M in 2018 Discounted at 10 with 3 10 year growth and 2 in perpetually (a discount formula i derive from that little blue book you have in your shelf from Brodersen and Pysh) i get a value of 38 per sharebrbrbrIf you want to doscount the FCF of 2018 using the same rate and growth you get a value of 29 per sharebrbrbrTo paraphrase Graham, to me the man looks overweight ;)

Thanks for the vid! One question Why wouldn't for example Michelin penetrate Nokians industry and take away their market share? I know Michelin is on the edge of new tyre technologies and delivers almost if not the best tires They also got a lot of FCF to spend and they want to grow aswell Do you think Nokian has that good of a brand impression in the northern countries that it won't lose market share IF Michelin penetrates their market?
