here is a way to get balloon well all you have to do is if your doing something different keep your ds on and wait and do what you have to do eg face book or look something up on your computer/laptop (keep an eye on the ds) and soon you will have a balloon also when your playing if your not searching for bugs fish etc hold you slingshot hope this helps :D
