Fix problems, Declutter, deep clean everything, fit Led lightbulbs, paint white but use good paint, not cheap paint eg Leyland trade clean windows and oil Dont replace front door unless its really bad

Hi! I enjoy watching your videos! Can you help understanding wether we should go for an open plan kitchen/dinner and get rid of one of the bedrooms to do so? We currently have 4bed house (3bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, the one is next to the kitchen) Kitchen is pretty narrow so only fits a round dinning table with 2/3 chairs at best So the question is if we knock down the wall and get rid of downstairs bedroom and make it into open plan kitchen/dinner would that decrease the value of our house?
