i bought 10 small ducks, and 10 small chickens and 1 small rooster, have a pond full of fishes, have all types of instruments, even bagger loader 9tonns, 2 houses and 4 flats for rent - 2 at east, 2 in russia i brew beed, have greenhouse, fruits gardens and many more course i was preparing for it at least 10 years 😴

Misguided government policies Rent caps just don’t work Its messing around with supply and demand If the landlords evaporate you have a supply issue Rents just go up and that’s all that’s going to happen Social housing has a similar effect That is because much of the housing market is pretty much removed from the true market This causes a demand problem Basically everyone and their uncles all demand housing because it’s cheap What should happen is rents should rise if there is a shortage But that’s not really functional So private landlords sell up removing housing stock from the rental market while at the same time there is no market discipline in the social housing system whatsoever The upshot is that ordinary workers have to pay extraordinary rents There’s no equity/fairness in this And it’s ironic because that’s exactly what government housing policy is trying to achieve It might sound tough but social rents need to rise to something closer to market And rent control shouldn’t be implemented in the first place as it’s just crazy Anyone in social housing should instead receive benefits sufficient to pay the higher rents Not ideal but it’s better than a housing system almost completely broken
