Is there any way to reprogram the coin reader for other types of coins or even custom tokens? Because if I ever get a chance to own my own arcade machine I would want custom tokens instead of just normal coinsbrbrI know some arcades use tokens instead of real coins so it’s definitely possible, I’m just not sure if you would need to like custom order coin readers that recognize tokens or if you can just use any normal ones

it' too complex i don't want the coin to start the game, just to open a window to permit change the game (maybe giving a key in exchange of a coin, or just opening a window form the size of a genesis cartridge)

bNOTE/b I got a generic Amazon coin acceptor (model # ch-296) and apparently those kinds of coin acceptors send a low constant pulse signal to the USB encoder making it think I'm constantly putting a coin in I ordered this double slot coin door from X-arcade so I'm hoping this works because I have this same setup
