 thank you for acknowledging that cbt may not be a good fit for everyone i feel like it's often touted as this most effective one-size-fits-all approach, while personally i've found that many of the classic cbt techniques often make me feel worse rather than better, and it can be frustrating to never see it recognized that some people can react adversely to them
